Mason is one week old!

Well today Mason turned one week old! Here are some pictures of him today (12-9-2008). We came home on Saturday afternoon and since then we have washed all of his newborn clothes 3 times! He loves to pee through them or wait til I am changing him to go pee! He loves to sleep, I thought for sure we would be up trying to get him to sleep after he eats but to my surprise he sleeps all night and we have to wake him up to eat. We go back to the doctor tomorrow so we will see how much weight he has packed on. I am still in shock at how small the little guy is! We thought we would take back a lot of the newborn clothes thinking there was no way half the stuff would fit him. Little did we know newborn clothes are too big! But I know this won't last long as he will starting growing like a weed! Mom and Dad are doing great. Dad is doing most of the diaper work and mom gets to feed the little man. Mom is still recovering, she is a little sore and when she overdoes it her body lets her know about it and is in a lot of pain. She is a trooper and turning into a wonderful mother! Marci and I are so thankful to be proud parents to our little Mason. It's amazing how much love you have for them. I used tell Marci "there is no way I am changing poopy diapers", but I must admit I love doing it! He brings so much joy and happiness to our lives! Here are some pictures we took of him today.

Week 38 only 10 days till due date

Well Marci is in week 38 and feeling like it! She is a trooper. I am impressed by her and her ability to do so much, even this late in the game! Last night was rough for her. She was waking up every 2 hours and finally at 3:30 AM she turned on the light and it woke me. There she was eating a yogurt. I feel bad that she can't sleep through the night, but I know I will get my taste here in a couple weeks. More to come...soon...we hope!

Thanks for all your love and support!
